IDEC Instrumentation Services has been providing Instrumentation and Industrial Electrical services to Tasmania since 1993.   

Based in the North West  we also receive equipment from all over Tasmania and we can travel to your site.

We are Tasmanian based and owned. When the borders were closed and interstate freight was a nightmare we still served our customers on time!

Calibration

IDEC specialises in calibrations . We can provide NATA traceable calibration certifications for Pressure, Vacuum, Temperature and Electrical/Electronic Instrumentation and we offer these services either in our calibration laboratory or on your site.

Preventative Maintenance

IDEC can assist you with scheduling, planning and maintaining your Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment, including equipment located in Hazardous Areas.

Design, Specification & Installation

IDEC can carry out assessment of your instrumentation requirements and specify suitable solutions. IDEC can also install, commission and calibrate you instrumentation systems.

Supply

IDEC can supply a broad range of Instrumentation for most applications based on 30 years of continuous experience in industry.

Employment

IDEC has need of a suitably qualified person on a casual employment basis. The work can be pre-scheduled and days can usually be selected to suit your availability. Most of the work would be carried out whist on site with an IDEC technician. Applicants would need to hold Instrumentation qualifications or hold an Electrical Practitioner licence and be proficient in Instrumentation.
